By using this website or requesting services from Naresh Vishwanath Tourism LLC (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

We provide travel planning, quotation, and coordination services for trips in Dubai and the wider UAE, including assistance with hotels, activities, and transport, as described in your confirmation or invoice.

Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing and subject to availability, exchange rates where relevant, and supplier pricing changes.

A binding booking exists when you accept our written confirmation (including by email) and any required deposit or payment has been received according to the payment instructions we provide.

You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, passport details, and health or visa requirements for every traveller.

Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Taxes or fees required by law or suppliers will be shown or explained before confirmation.

Payment methods, schedules, and any card-processing rules follow the agreement on your invoice and the policies of the payment provider you use.

Supplier cancellation and amendment rules apply once services are booked. We pass through those terms and any fees the supplier charges us.

Our own coordination or consulting fees, if any, follow what is stated on your invoice or separate written agreement.

You must comply with UAE law, immigration rules, and the rules of venues and carriers. We are not liable for denial of entry, missed flights, or losses caused by incorrect documents or behaviour.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or matters outside our reasonable control (including supplier failures, weather, strikes, or government action).

Our total liability arising from any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for our own fees for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory UAE law.

You may not misuse the site (e.g. hacking, scraping for competitive commercial use without permission, or transmitting malware). Content on the site is for information; offers and visuals may change.

Branding, text, layouts, and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reuse them for commercial purposes without written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Dubai, UAE, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rules in your home country say otherwise.
